Review: Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangements for my dad’s funeral. Jayne you did such a wonderful job of my mum’s funeral flowers over a year ago, I had no hesitation but to choose you again, as we knew you would create something lovely for my dad. I loved the rose and thistle theme, adding a Scottish touch. With the main funeral spray we asked people to take a rose in memory of my dad. The rest of the flowers are still looking fresh in our gardens for us to enjoy.

Review: Needed to send roses to someone special in Coventry UK From the United States. Looked up shops near Coventry and found this gem with over 100 5 star reviews on Google. Called them on Monday with a very specific order to be delivered on Friday. Jayne from the Flower Cellar was incredible. The roses were delivered as ordered and on time. Review: Absolutely wonderful and exceptional customer service from Jayne who created the most beautiful sympathy bouquet for a friend of mine. I am not local to this florist, however Jayne’s customer service over the phone was absolutely exceptional – she was so friendly and accommodating, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as go through different options for the bouquet etc. She went above and beyond and even sent over loads of photos and videos of the bouquet via WhatsApp to ensure I was happy with the flowers prior to their delivery. The flowers were delivered promptly on the agreed day and they were absolutely perfect. Would 100% recommend this florist!

Review: I ordered my dads funeral flowers as I’ve had bouquets for my workplace in the past and they were always gorgeous.
When the hearse pulled up and I saw the flowers I can honestly say we all as a family were taken aback at how beautiful they were. Even though it’s such a sad occasion I was getting compliments on his flowers, so I can only thank Jayne and her staff for the beautiful arrangement.
